Our Gibbston Valley Winery Restaurant features a gourmet Central Otago wine and food experience. Using ingredients sourced from local artisan suppliers we create seasonal menu items prepared with a Mediterranean flair. With Chef Mark Sage and Sous Chef Sue Sage at the helm, the restaurant is renowned as one of the finest dining experiences in the Queenstown region.
