I don’t know much about wine – what do I serve with what, and how long should I be cellaring it?
In the Our Wine section of this website, we have tasting notes for all wines available for purchase, including food matching and cellaring recommendations. However, if you would like more information or advice on choosing the right wine for your occasion, please contact us.


Is it safe to use my credit card?
The security of your transaction is important to us. That’s why we use Direct Payment Solutions – a third party who are experts in processing electronic payments and have the secure systems to ensure your credit card details are completely safe.

My purchase is a gift for someone.
Can I add a note?

If you are purchasing items as a gift for someone else, you can add a gift note during the checkout process. We will then enclose a card with your gift note addressed to the person you are sending the gift to. There is no charge for this service.
  How much will the freight cost?
Freight costs are calculated when you place a completed order, before you submit any payment details.


Are there any international shipping restrictions?
Yes. Due to international shipping and packaging restrictions, we are not able to combine wine and gift items in the same package. If you purchase both wine and a gift, the packages will be dispatched separately.
